The skirts came quickly, but they are definitely for SMALL children 1-4 years! When my 5 year old daughter tried one on for just a minute the elastic tore in a few places. She's a peanut, very small waist. I doubt they would withstand stretching to 38" like the details say. Good thing her party pals are mostly tiny people too, so they'll do the trick.

Worked fine - daughter's 8th birthday with a hula theme. But they were smaller than I was thinking. Probably if I'd read the description with a ruler in my hand my expectations would have been more on target!

It wasn't what I expected. The Hula Skirts where very small. Good for 1-4 year olds.

I recently ordered the hula skirts for my daughters birthday party. The hula skirts arrived in the mail quickly after I ordered them. I was real happy with the shipping time and the quality of the products. The hula skirts were nice. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed the skirts.

I GUESS THEY ARE GREAT FOR THE PRICE. I AM USING THEM FOR A KIDS PARTY SO THEY WILL BE GREAT!
