Thicker and harder to use than the more expensive file. OK for the price.

Hello, I do not like to give poor reviews. However, these files are not good. They do not work at all. I was really disappointed. I had broken my orginal glass file and could not find who made it. The best things about these files are they are cute with the little designs.

I did not receive what I ordered, I ordered glass nail files and instead I received normal files. Really disappointed because I had ordered 5 of them for gifts. So I paid for glass files and received regular files.

I bought 12 of these for Christmas gifts. My friends all say they really like them. I wish I had ordered them sooner because I had to give a few of them as late gifts - which is really may fault. I would give these as gifts again. I wish we could specify the quantity of the design we wanted.

I was VERY disappointed with this purchase. The description at the time I bought this was different than it is now. I was under the impression that I was going to receive 8 files because it NEVER said at that time I would only get one. In fact it is advertised as nail files, (plural) so anyone might think they would be getting a set of 8. I could have bought the same thing at Walgreens for less without shipping and handling, so I was very upset. I wrote an e-mail to this company, but they never responded. I will not be doing business with them again, and will think twice about ordering anything from Amazon in the future. I also bought a Fossil watch last Christmas for my daughter, and the numbers on the face fell off. I wrote to that company also, and they did not give me any satisfaction. Of course they said that if I had the original paper work and receipt and box it came in I could return it, but why would I save that? It seemed fine for several months before that happened, in fact it was just about a year after I bought it that it fell apart..... no satisfaction and very disappointed with that purchase also.
